Juergen Teller

Juergen Teller is a German photographer who bases himself in London. Originally, Teller photographed celebrities but soon moved to fashion photography and ads. Now, Juergen photographs all Marc Jacobs ads and the last two YSL ads. I have been obsessed with Marc Jacobs ads for forever and now Teller may be my favorite photographer. These candid, honest shots are surreal.

NEW KICKS!

My school shoes were the Vans saddle shoes; however, they became so uncomfortable when worn for seven hours straight that I had to get a new pair. The most comfortable shoes I prefer are Dr. Martens so I purhcased the Dr. Marten Mary Janes. Not only are they super cool, they are comfortable already.

My father got me a Vogue magazine from Paris today! A Versace ad in the mag. really caught my attention with pale models wearing slim micro mini dresses made with accents of mesh. Check out the endearment of this ad...

A Place Special to Me

In each of these pictures of myself, the background is what makes them most meaningful and striking to me. These three shots were taken in my hard where I have grown up enjoying. What gets me to completely bond with each picture is the realization that in my yard one can look in one can look north and east to only see luscious rolling fields, scattered with towering trees with their slit ended branches. When one should choose to turn their head, however, they will be confronted with sprawling gardens separating the industrial work area of my barn from my sculpted stone house. Until I recognized my loving reaction to these pictures of myself in my year, I have never comprehended how significant my yard's existence is.

Another Favorite Pick

Being the "Bow In Her Hair," I came to also love a particular l that incorporates quite a lovely bow itself. This sexy sheer look is from Jason Wu's 2011 Spring collection.

Top Pick

Designer Daniel Vosovic is a Michigan born, FIT graduate who was a popular final contestant on Project Runway's second season. From this, he has carried his own line into a New York savvy label. After watching his collection for the Spring 2011 Fashion Week, he has been added to my key favorite designers for the Spring. He included slim, striking silouhettes with military accents, leather, and clean tailoring. Check out two of my favorite looks from him!
